Canadian Hopeful Tyler Edey Moves Forward

Tyler Edey was the only Canadian to make it out of the round robin groups. Harold Rouseau, Nicholas Guimond, Edwin Montal and even Alex Pagulyan were not up to the task.

Edey has since defeated Thorston Hohman to move into the round of 32. Three years ago Hohman won this World Championship and he has continued to win and place in major events. Through a match that must have been thrilling from start to finish Edey took the final game to defeat Hohman 10-9.

Tyler now faces Ricky Yang tomorrow, good luck Tyler your fellow Canadians are very proud of you!!

After winning another 10-9 thriller over Ricky Yang Tyler will now face Liu Cheng chuan. Keep it going Tyler!
