A day mixed with good and bad news. First Alex Pagulayan fell to Louis Ulrich on the TV table 11-7. Alex was behind from the start and made a couple comeback charges but wasn't able to over come the lead and strong play of Ulrich. At this level if you make a couple mistakes it costs you the match.

Next one of our greatest players Edwin Montal was defeated by Marcus Chamat 11-8 sending him to the B side.

Finally Marrio Morra was defeated by Naoyuki Oi 11-9 who earlier in the tournament sent Mike Immonen to the B side. These three along with many fellow Canadian Jason Klatt will have to fight through the brackets the long way and with only 1 life left.

Tyler Edey, John Morra and Ronnie Wiseman are playing great and continue to move through the A side undefeated so far! Tyler through an 11-7 victory will now be truly tested as he will face former World Champion Thorsten Hohmann. John with a thrilling 11-10 victory over Tomoo Takano will now face fellow Canadian Ronnie Wiseman.

Good luck to all the players, continued success, we are so proud of all of you representing Canada!!
