A few of our great Canadian players have been put on the rail due to some very close losses, but two remain on the A side in their quest for the title.

Trying to survive on the B side Alex Pagulayan was defeated 11-9 by Mike Dechaine who has eneded his hopoes of a second Open title. Jason Klatt had been playing strong through the B side but ran into Tomoo Takano who beat him 11-6.

This years Canadian Champion Edwin Montal was looking good coasting through the first few rounds of the A side but after being dealt back to back losses is left cheering on his buddy Tyler Edey.

In the last update I spoke of two A side matches, the first between Tyler Edey and former World Champion Thorston Hohmann. Tyler got it done and took down the Hohmann 11-8 and will now face Jose Parica in the final 16 of the A side. Secondly we had John Morra facing off against Ronnie Wiseman two of our great players. This is a match I wish I had been there for, Wiseman squeaked out an 11-10 win send Morra JR to join his father out soul survivor on the the B side.

As it stands now we have the Morra father and son doing battle through the B side and Tyler Edey and Ronnie Wiseman still undefeated! Good luck today and we're proud of all of you!!!
