Shooters Owner John White Kicked off the 16 meet series on Saturday November 10th with an overview of the Series rules and payout criteria. 60 Players were anxiously waiting to match their skills against any opponent that the random draw would divi up. As the day progressed, the field was whittled down to 12 players that would make the trip back for their Sunday matches.

Sunday produced some interesting results as Al Smart retired Tom Liordis with a score of 8-3. At the same time Robin Bass was put to rest by Mario Morra 10-6. Shan Lee would finish at the hand of George Cornelius 7-4, and Bruce Hickey would be perma-seated by Larry Firth 9-7.

John Timmermans would win the A-Side as Eric Hildebrand, Eric Hjorleifson and John Everekian would join the B-Side competitors.

Now with 8 players left, Larry Firth would be first to go as Al Smart pressed on to win the match 8-7.

Meanwhile, Mario Morra could not hold off the attack of George Cornelius.

Now with 6 players left, the tension begins.

Al Smart would be bested by Eric Hjorleifson 10-4 and George Cornelius would finally succumb to the force of Eric Hildebrand 9-5.

With 4 players left Eric Hjorleifson was first to go as Eric Hildebrand would not give up the lead - final score 9-7. John Everekian would be next to retire with a score of 4 to Eric Hildebrand's 9. This sets up the final between a rested John Timmermans and a relentless red hot Eric Hildebrand. John could only watch as the man that he sent to the B-Side earlier that day would soundly defeat him by a score of 9-5.
